Some of our Sierra Representatives visited the Woodlands Site recently on a quest to Collingwood to capture some images of the construction and beautiful winter homes. Within a series of weeks, Woodlands Phase III homes seem to have blossomed out of the ground and are nearly ready for siding and shingles. It is hard not to be caught up in the enthusiasm when you can essentially reach out and touch the ski hill from this location, and listen to the tradesmen singing while they work. These newly build homes should be occupied by early spring and then we will be gearing up to build the remaining units in Phase III once they are planned and purchased.

The Woodlands Model home looks stunning now that it is fully furnished, however it is closed to viewings as it has since been sold and we will have to set up shop in another vacant model. We invite you to take the opportunity to inquire about available homes at our newly built Sales and Décor Centre. It is located at 5 Cranberry trail East in Collingwood and definitely exhibits all the features and finishes you can choose from while designing your very own Woodlands home. While there, ask about visiting our model home in order to get a feel for how open and bright these condos are and choose your own view of the ski hill.
