Bur Oak Town Villas is nearly registered! We expect it to happen some time this week and solicitors will start sending out letters for the final closings. The Property Managers [Monreal Property Management Inc.] have been prepped and are lookng forward to forming the condo board; a panel of purchasers that make up a board of directors who take a fundamental interest in making the condo corporation run smoothly. Shortly after final closing they will send out a letter to purchasers to call an Owners Meeting where these members will be decided. They have already begun to plow and salt the roads and we know this project will be a huge success with their help. As this project comes to an end, we would like to thank everybody who played a role in its success. The games were purchased by Sierra Homes to support the non profit organization Center for Dreams which is a program dedicated to creating educational progams and social skill training for adults with mental challenges. The game features landmarks that are unique to Markham and each little house is labeled as a Sierra Home.
