Woodlands is well into its third phase October 23, 2008 (Woodlands) Woodlands is well into its third phase. We are continually making improvements to the unique landscaping which will be finished this time next year. There are 18 units in Phase III and almost half of them have foundations poured and several have framing to the roof. We are in the process of shingling the completed roofs. Within the next few weeks, the lots that have been completely shingled and framed will be getting wiring and insulation. With winter on its way, purchasers are excited at the prospect of having such beautiful accommodation so close to the ski hill.
